I'M BACK FROM EUROPE!
Its was fun! i got to play snow, made snowman, almost lost my toes because of the coldness! It was a very good experience!
Never thought that i will really get to go Europe with my family.
Before that, i only can appreciate Pisa the leaning tower from pictures, see Venice the water city place from pictures, and see the coooool Effiel tower from pictures. But finally i got to go and took pictures! It was coool!

its 5.23am, time to sleep! Will update soon, with pictures if im not lazy! :)

Wow. Its been ard 3 weeks since i last updated my blog! For the past 2 weeks i didnt use the computer at all!

Let me recap the major events that happened.

Of course, the biggest would be my birthday! I've entered the 20 world, leaving my teenage years behind.. Had school on that day till evening, thus i ate lunch with BUN before class.
Celebrated with family 1 week before at Changi Airport.

Had 2 public holidays. Went Fort Canning and MacRitchie to walked/trekked.
And Macritchie walk was soo horrible! Its super long, ard 20/30km i forgot. We walked for 4 hours! And my shoe sole spoilt, both shoes! And some stupid idiot monkey charged towards me because i was holding a plastic bag! Scaryyy!
On my birthday, i was presented with a "medal plate" from my family, because i endured on the walk despite not having proper shoes. The walk was on sand, mud, stones area, plus some proper pavement. So proud of myself.
The fort canning walk was so much better. Saw very very big trees! And collected saga seeds..

20th Nov was Bun birthday. I met for her breakfast as usual. Its becoming our yearly routine!

Lastly, i'm going Europe! In a few days time! I'll be missing 2 weeks of lessons. But its such a rare opportunity to be going europe with my family! It will be winter time there, so i expect snow snow snow!

Updates updates!
This week was suppose to be a break.
Only had lessons on Monday, and the rest were holiday!
But because Friday is Deepavali, so its not really counted as my holiday!

Tuesday went out with BUN to have Suki's Buffet!
Shiok shiok! We ate so much, and we spamed the eclairs!
But it's really yummy, and we've set another date to go again next week! haha!
Went shopping after that, and bun got a cosy top, while i got a bag and a shoes!
I've been eyeing that bag for months! Since now there's a 10% discount, so i get it, and treat it as a birthday present for myself! :)

Speaking of birthday, its approaching! Sooo fast november again!
A year is going by, and for my new year resolution, i've only completed some! :/
i've to start thinking and fanning on where to eat again..

These few weeks ive been fanning on whether to cut my hair short.
And i've 80% decided to cut it!
The last time i had short hair was in Pri 6. So since sec 1, i had long hair.
but aiya, see how la. but 80% decided, so most prob will cut it.

Its deepavali tmr, which means a public holiday.
My aunt planned a MacRitchie walk/trek on the treetop, and we're meeting at 7am later!
CRAZY LEI! 7am is soooo early! plus i'll only get to fall asleep at 6plus, i might as well dont sleep!
We're going to walk for hours, before coming home to bathe, and out to changi airport.
i can predict it'll be a tiring day..

adults are liars..

Havent been blogging much lately, its because i dont use computer much ok!
But still, im updating, so that people like zhen can know whats up with my life!

Hmm, nothing much.
Although school has started for 5 weeks, i still dont feel that im an undergrad!
Maybe its because i only go school 4 days a week, and for the first 3 weeks i went school only 3 times a week.
Each lesson is 3 hours. So on monday i'm in school from 8.30 to 3, tues and wed 3.30pm - 6.30pm. thursday depends.
And for tuesday and wednesday afternoon, i get to sleep till 1.30pm!
Like so late for a school day, that it doesnt seems like a school day!

I cant remember much about what i did for the past few days/weeks.
I went changi airport to shop, and ikea to eat with whole big family.
I went the cathay with Fish 2 saturdays back, and we finally managed to eat sushi. We even had ben and jerry for dessert! enjoy life~

erm, i cant remember much.

Anyway, its the haze season AGAIN. years after years, indonesia keeps burning and burning.
Newspaper said during 2006 Oct, the PSI went up to 128, which was unhealthy! But how come i got no memory of it arh! Plus its our O Level year.
The memory i remember of haze, is when we're pri 2/3. 1998/1999. That year haze was really very very bad, and i remember i keep looking at the TV, hoping that it will increase and we dont need to attend school! haha! But actually that year, i dont remember it being hazy. Maybe im still young and short, and cant see much. But that image and memory in my mind is very clear.

is it still there? or its gone forever?

Didnt use much lappy for the past week, thus no new entry!
So here it is.

The major thing that's on my mind, will be the passing of Mrs Lee Kuan Yew.
On saturday Oct 2 during family dinner, edbert came and dropped all of us this bomb.
I didnt expect it at all!
i know she's bedridden for 2 years, but her leaving is a surprise!
Many people confused bedridden with coma. Its totally different!
anyway, i was shocked, and went to cna with my phone, and saw the news.
instantly, i felt so sad for our MM Lee.

Sometimes on the Sunday Times, i do read articles that their daughter writes, and sometimes it talks about their family.
I read about how MM Lee have been reading her favourite poems for her for the past 2 years, telling her how his day went, the news and such.
Once, he knocked his forehead against the music stand that was used to hold the book, because he was too tired and fell asleep.
Their love was so simple, and its really love..
It was so hard for him, that he learnt to meditate to have a peace of mind to be able to sleep.
And after the passing of Mrs Lee, the newspaper for the next few days was about how she helped mould Singapore to the way it is, behind the successful man.
She's sooo intelligent, won the scholarship award, did so well in the exams.
She's really compataible to MM Lee.
She's a lawyer who had a successful career and the breadwinner while MM Lee was fighting for Singapore,
She's a mum who took great care of her 3 kids, never spoiling them with expensive presents,
and a loving wife who walked 2 steps behind her husband, always there for him.
She's really incredible.

I went to pay my respect at the Istana on Tuesday with Whitney, and it was really very very sad.
The scene of the 2 sons, and mr lee hsien loong wife, how they were wearing black and white t-shirts just like how a normal chinese family would, its really heart-wrenching.

And on wednesday, they delivered their eulogy, and it was really sad.
Everyone in the family put 1 pink carnation on her coffin, while MM Lee gave a red rose.
He also kissed her, by putting his hand to his mouth, and to her forehead. Twice.
They were soulmates for 63 years.
Imagine losing someone you spent your life for 63years with.

I know death is part of life. But its really so hard to depart with someone you had so much memories with.


And just this week, there's this article about an old man who went missing at Sentosa. He had depression after his wife passed away in January. And a few days later, his body was found floating.

Maybe, thats what forever meant. They really loved each other till eternity.

and all this, reminds me of our own story..

Just thought i should blog now, in case i get lazy tml! :)

I went for the F1 race just now because my uncle got tickets for all of us to watch. So good right! and its soo cool! Its the first time i'm hearing the ZOOOM ZOOOM sound live! For the previous 2 years i wasnt at that area. And its really so loud that i get goosebumps if im not wearing the ear plugs! The metal railings around us also vibrated because of the force! Tried to capture it, but the cars turned out blur! Video-ed it, but i've not seen it yet, so i dont know how it turns out.
I just checked the net, and the ticket is worth $108! oh wow!

I've mentioned in previous post about how school was. Those lectures with friends are fine, but there's 1 lecture which i've no friends at all. And teacher said next week onwards there'll be some tutorial/discussion thing during lecture, so i've to carefully pick who i sit next to! :/

I'm thinking what to do with my super thick stack of notes! Should i punch hole and bring lecture by lecture? Or staple? Or what?
And, im thinking what bag to bring to school! Cause it need to be big enough for my notes, and comfy enough to put on my lap, because i dont feel like putting it on the floor. I scare the floor is dirty! How? Or should i just put it on the floor?
And thirdly, where should i put my SIM card? Because im so used to nyp card being in a lanyard, so it makes tapping easier. Now my SIM card is in my wallet, so everytime i've to take it out and scan, and put it back. But if i put it in a separate lanyard, during breaks or whatever if i go canteen to buy food, i may need it for discount.
So many things to fan about, although its all small thing, and not a problem for everyone else. haha! =x

first day of school!

Since I'm free now but lazy to use computer, I shall update using my phone! Been to school for 2 days already, and it's ok. That's because I've friends for those lectures! But for tmr lecture, I don't know any friend taking the same timeslot as me! :( means I'll either have to make friends, or be a loner for the rest of the year. I was late on my first lecture! Oh dear, hope it's not a sign.. Haha! I'm late because of traffic jam la!! If it's normal hours, I'll be able to reach early! But it's the morning peak hours, that's why.. Had the same lecture with shar, and its been so long since I last seen her. We went np for cheap subway after school! Hoho! As today, there's this guy who sat beside me and he's so friendly! Well, I hope hope hope that there's friendly pple in my tmr's lecture! The bus stop at 6.30 was crowdedddd to the max! Can't even walk! And the bus was also very crowded! Haiz! Hate crowded places! Alright. Time to end this entry! It's mid-autumn festival! Mooncakes mooncakes! :)
